Discounts are available for longer stays.
Please complete and submit the booking form. Upon receipt, we will send you a contract which we ask you to return at your earliest convenience. To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit of 33% of the booking price within one week of booking. The balance is due 60 days before the rental period begins.
Cancellation

All cancellations must be received in writing, including email. The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive written cancellation.

By Owner
In the event of significant change in rental or cancellation by Owner, all monies you have paid owner will be refunded if the Owner cannot offer an acceptable alternative.
Security Deposit
We require a security deposit of €5,000-€10,000, depending on circumstances, payable one week prior to occupancy. A video of the villa will be taken in the presence of the guests upon arrival to ensure accuracy of the condition and contents of the villa. A copy will be kept by villa management and one copy will be distributed to the guest.
