The villa is uniquely located in one of the most sought-after towns on the Riviera and arguably offers the best view that the “Golden Triangle” has to offer.  The villa overlooks Villefranche Harbor and the orange tiled rooftops of the old town, St. Jean Cap Ferrat which features some of the most expensive real estate in the world, and the expansive view of the Cote d’Azur from Nice to the Italian Riviera. There are unobscured views from virtually every room in the villa as the entire southern wall is all glass, leading to individual balconies.

The villa is quietly secured in the most desirable part of the village—up above the bustle of the old town and shopping area, but close enough to access the town and its restaurants, beaches, and public transportation by foot on a safe public paved path. Inside the villa, the furnishings, accessories, and appliances  are all of top quality.  It is the only villa to offer outgoing international phone-calls at no charge as well as several hundred television channels on six televisions offered  in many languages.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by our Concierge who can arrange for any and everything our guests might need or want.  Our guests are also treated to a welcome package which enables them to make themselves immediately at home without having to leave to do food shopping. The villa has the comforts of home with the service of a five star hotel.
