Welcome Gift Basket
Your arrival will be welcomed with gifts which will allow you to relax a few moments before having to shop. We provide beverages, fruits, cheese, bread, and sweets to help you get started. Our concierge can also have the kitchen fully stocked according to your wishes before your arrival for an additional charge.
24/7 Concierge Service
Our villa manager, Jimmy Villeminot, is the former concierge at the Palace in Monaco. You can count on him to arrange ticket purchases for big events, restaurant reservations, transportation and leisure events. There is no charge for this service but a generous gratuity would be kindly appreciated.
WIFI
There is high speed WIFI located throughout the house, pool area and outdoor terraces.
Streaming Entertainment Services
All bedrooms, the living room and media room are outfitted with Smart TVs. There are hundreds of international channels and streaming services for just about every media service for which you may have a subscription.
Security
- All entrances to the house are securely protected with heavy duty commercial locks. The two entries to the exterior of the property are also secured with double locks, metal doors or gates, and are closely monitored.
- There is an outdoor security system including cameras (the pool area is not surveilled) as well as a villa-wide interior alarm system.
- There are two safes in the villa.

- Each bath is outfitted with luxury brand soaps, shampoos, conditioner and body wash.
Linens and Towels
The bed linens, blankets, coverlets and accessories as well as bath and pool towels are made of the highest quality materials. You can absolutely feel the difference!
Appliances
All kitchen and laundry appliances are high quality brands which are not only attractive but have endured the test of time. There is a small clothes washer/dryer combination in the kitchen for small loads and there is also a washer and dryer located in a separate exterior laundry room for larger loads. There are appliances in the kitchen to make coffee several ways as well as appliances that professional chefs might require if you choose to hire someone to prepare a meal.
Art
There is artwork throughout the villa, by the pool and on the terraces. Most of the art was created by locally renowned artists and much of it bought in St. Paul de Vence.
